The shale gas revolution in the United States was heralded as “a miracle”. As companies raced to make effective use of this burgeoning commodity, Gas to Liquids was cited as one of the technologies which could effectively monetise and refine these gas reservoirs. However, the Gas to Liquids Industry faces great challenges and increasingly unfeasible economics brought on by the narrowing differential in the price of crude oil and gas.

On the backdrop of these developments and 18 years of experience SMi are pleased to announce the not to be missed 3rd annual Gas to Liquids North America Conference due to convene from the 9th to 10th March 2016. This event shall provide a platform of discourse for the industry to consolidate the current state of Gas to Liquids within the wider midstream agenda.

Attendees will benefit from understanding the commercial, economic and financial considerations associated with GTL technology and projects, obtain key insight into short and long term trends in commodity prices, understand the drivers behind GTL demand and likely commercial and environmental applications and update their knowledge on the latest technologies and advancements in the field.

Here is what some past delegates had to say:

‘Well organised, informative and good networking opportunities’ Attendee 2014

‘Nicely run with very knowledgeable speakers’ Attendee 2015

‘Technical level is excellent’ Attendee 2015
