E&P Information & Data Management (2012)

Please note: this event was held earlier this year.

Future Information & Data Management Strategies for a Changing Industry

overview

What is this event about?

SMi’s flagship oil and gas conference, E&P Information and Data Management, returns for its 14th year on the 6th – 7th February, 2012. This must-attend event, which takes place in central London, will give you the opportunity to investigate information and data management for the upstream oil and gas sector.

E&P activities generate massive amounts of data critical to successful operations - seismic scans, well logging, drilling data etc. all need to be analysed, processed and stored.  E&P Information and Data Management 2012 will feature international IM leaders from the Oil, Gas and Information Technology sectors and will address both the ‘how’ and the ‘why’ of effective E&P data management, examining the means of establishing and maintaining best practice and the value to be derived from robust and innovative IM and DM systems.
