Pervasive Computing and the Business of War

ASD MEDIA

"Pervasive Computing" refers to a portfolio of emerging technologies like RFID, Sensors, Mobile devices, Biometrics and Machine-to-Machine communication that in combination are used for new, innovative "Pervasive" solutions. In this interactive workshop, where participants will apply the material to their own business, Oracle would like to share the latest developments in Pervasive Computing with Defence Executives and related businesses. By working together along a structured road-map of introductions into new technologies, business cases from various industries (e.g. NASA, DOD, Schenker and others), facilitated discussions and brain-storming, this workshop will show how defence can become even more information-driven.
