Clive is an internationally experienced senior operations manager, project delivery and customer service specialist with over 20 years highly acclaimed knowledge and practical expertise.   He has a track record of excellence delivering operational improvements and efficiencies at UK and international airports within the broad civil aviation and defence sectors contributing to individual skills development, team dynamics and bottom line performance.

 Demonstrable skills in team leadership and management, customer service and operational management; Clive is a tenacious achiever of people, project and training-related challenges with a proven ability to translate strategy into workable and understandable objectives that motivate colleagues/delegates.

With international experience of dealing with people at all levels, a variety of backgrounds and cultures, successfully designed, delivered and evaluated series of high impact, bespoke instructional training programmes from zero base; Clive has had the unique experience of working for the Handling Agent, Airline, Airport Authorities, Local Government and International  organisations and it is through this all round aviation experience that puts him at the forefront of bespoke training/consultancy requirements.
